Love the ring but quickly disappointed

Ordered this ring for my now fiance and she is madly in love with it! However, she wore it to work (retail) and the gemstone chipped drastically. She is heartbroken.

The ring is absolutely beautiful, the details are amazing and its very sparkly. I got a herkimer diamond as the center gem and it is beautiful, I only wish I got one that had more inclusions in it.

Love the ring but quickly disappointed
