My own fault

Ive been using the cylee wolf pro on my Glock 34 for a bit over a year now, I have just about 3000 rounds through the whole system. When I installed the sight I used lock tight on the screws going in the gun itself and on the mounting plate, but none for the battery screw. So to make a long story short, I shot it so many times and never had a problem with it so I never checked, the screw fell out and I lost the tray for the battery. I used lock tight this time.
