Apollo Air 2023 Upgrade Kit / Air 2023 Handlebar Assembly

Just a straight upgrade to my scooter. Not much else to say.

Received damaged box with the Apollo manual and hook seat assembly missing. Didn't think anything of it since the handlebar looked fine packed in lots of foam. I installed it and it worked fine, very nice upgrade, however it became evident with the replacement hook seat missing I can't use the new hook at all (it can't hook on to the original hook seat). I contacted Apollo and they apologized and shipped a new hook seat free of charge, however I am still waiting 2 weeks later and have switched back to my old handle bar in the meantime because I need to carry the scooter up 2 flights of stairs at my workplace, so, so much for the upgrade :(. 1 star for a good product and customer service, however I am obviously disappointed by my current situation after paying so much.
