Creality Sacn 4 problem

I recently purchased the Raptor. The hardware itself works well, but I ran into some issues with the software. With Creality Scan 4, the scanner kept disconnecting from my PC, which was quite frustrating. However, after switching to the previous version, Creality Scan 3, everything worked smoothly. Also, when I first received the scanner, I had to update its firmware using my phone before I could use it. Once set up, the device performs as expected, but the initial experience could definitely be improved with more stable software and clearer setup instructions.
