Organic Baking Cocoa Powder, 1lb bulk bag

I have used this since 2010. I had found this to be the tastiest brand. . . perhaps because of its higher coco butter content of 23% compared with other brands having as little as 8%. (Although I find this to be not quite as tasty as it was in those first years). Yet it's so reasonably priced since you made it available in bulk instead of only in cans (which saves so much packaging!). I've a suggestion to run by your committee that considers what new products might work: You were temporarily out of this cocoa powder in January, so I substituted some Organic Fair-Trade CACAO powder that also sources from Peru. More expensive but quite tasty. Perhaps your farmers in Peru could make this available to you as well.
