Missing pads

2 boots came without the bottom pads. I called to see what happened and was told I ordered the wrong number and the pads would be sent —for an additional charge, of course. How would someone use the boots WITHOUT the pad? It would be like walking around on a football spike! Naturally I had to order the pads to make the boots usable be it’s a deceptive way to increase sale price by an addional 30 bucks Not cool. Buyers, pay attention to the details
