Really good hair straightener , but...

I originally bought a set of these in Feb/ march 25. They came with a heat proof bag/mat and 6 sectioning clips. I was hoping for the same with the second pair which I bought Nov/Dec 25, but unfortunately these pair came with NOTHING. Extremely disappointed for a pair of hair straighteners that cost so much.

First class hair styling

Bought this from Bluewater after testing it out. My hair is coloured red and my ends were looking dry and split. Since using this type of hair straightener has been a game changer. Hair is silky soft and sleek after every use. So happy I treated my hair to this amazing product.
