Adjustable 100% Wool Pillow

This pillow is perfect for me. I bought one a few months ago and loved it so much I got a second one for a cabin to save me carrying the pillow around with me. After my initial purchase my husband bought a woollen mattress underlay and mattress protector which were both heavenly. I recently also got a pillow protector. Love supporting great quality NZ made.

Not recommended for sore shoulders and neck

I did remove about 20% of the wool so that it was a better loft/height for a back sleeper. Unfortunately, I found the sheep's wool firmer than my Alpaca filled pillow (bought a few weeks earlier from Eiderdown). I woke with sore shoulders so decided to exchange this for another Alpaca pillow. I highly recommend the Alpaca pillow for back sleepers and people with sore neck and shoulders. The Alpaca wool is much softer than the sheep's wool. I would also like to give a huge thank you to the customer service/sales team at Eiderdown. They were very informative and helpful. The service overall was excellent. The best customer service I have come across in a long while.

Super adjustable

I was dreading buying yet another pillow that wouldn't be the correct height, and not being able to return it! I got this pillow and just pulled out wool until I had the right height. Easy! I do have quite a large pile of wool now and I'm not sure what to do with it!
