The Sidekick is a very useful tool for my plantar fasciitis. The instruction book is detailed and well laid out. I expect that I will broaden my use of the Sidekick to address some other problem areas.

I tried it, but it did nothing for me. I'm trying to get a refund. I've emailed twice and called once had to leave a message still no response. So much for the guarantee. Don't count on any customer service from them.
