The Sidekick is a very useful tool for my plantar fasciitis. The instruction book is detailed and well laid out. I expect that I will broaden my use of the Sidekick to address some other problem areas.

Bought for Plantar Fasciitis. Definitely gets blood flowing to affected area. Combined with my PT exercises, this really does bring noticeable relief. Does not take excessive pressure to work, so be careful with it!
