Works perfectly *and* allows the pencil to charge even while wrapped the Spigen case, excellent. Makes handling the pencil easier, more tactile, less slippery and the pen clip is a bonus.

Durable, but a bit inconvenient for some iPad cases
Suited for those needing case for their Pencil on the go. Fashionable, and provides good grip of your pencil. Charging pencil with this case one does not work all the time with iPads with cases, even those with Spigen. Magnetic edge of iPad for Pencil charging must be vacant for this to work.
