Great quality mat but HEAVY

Cork is absolutely the best non-slip material for heated yoga, and the only kind that I find really to be non-slip. But just be prepared, the mat is very dense and very heavy. That’s great during the actual yoga because it absorbs shock and feels padded without being too thick, but it’s a lot to carry when it’s rolled up. I walk 4 blocks to my yoga classes and I would be lying if I didn’t say it gets a little uncomfortable to carry/hold! I do wish I would have known before I purchased so that’s why I’m sharing this, but if you drive to your classes or your mat stays in mostly the same location, you can’t go wrong with this quality!!
