Disappointed Sadly

I was looking for a new roaster to get my coffee beans from, so after stumbling onto Canal, I was very excited to place my first order. The Lili & Oli blend looked great, so I went with that. When the coffee came in 2 days later, I was so excited, but sadly this is when the disappointment started. I have a very capable setup, and after 8 shots of trying to dial it in, I gave up. No matter how many variables I change, the shot stays the same: thin and sour. Also, the roast was marketed as medium-dark, but it leans medium to medium-light. A waste of money, unfortunately.

Excellent café et excellent service

Nous commandons notre café Lili & Oli depuis 2022 et nous l'adorons toujours autant. La qualité est constante, le café est excellent et le service est toujours impeccable. Une entreprise locale que nous recommandons sans hésitation!
