Great jewelry. At 10 guage it's difficult finding jewelry but this one is definrtly unique compared to any others. This piece fits great at 10 guage/10mm. Unfortunately the huge downside of this is because it's a clicker it falls off very easily. Out of the 6 times I've slept wearing this it's fallen out 4 times during my sleep, it'll also fallout if I wipe my mouth with a napkin or towel at the slightest tug.
