Best pen on the market by far

I've only used this once so can't comment on effectiveness. I used a tattoo numbing cream first which was so effective I was completely numb and I don't think that was ideal so I'd say probably don't go overboard on this. The pen was easy to use and I found a Dr Pen tutorial online. My strong suggestion would be to use the smallest depth of needle the first session so you can practice getting the technique right. I didn't, and didn't do a great job first time round to be fair!!!!
