Fresh as you can get roased the day it ships great people and coffe is amazing

I’m currently and executive chef so I know my flavors and love me some coffee throughout the day. I have to say I have tried 5 diffferent coffees from TCR and none have disappointed but the cowboy blend blows any of the ones I’ve tried out of the water! The cocoa and caramel tones with a slight smoky flavor I get just make this coffee a great brew!
