This is a good pick-me-up for the mid afternoon energy slump. It's quick, easy, and not too sweet. I like to add some banana for an extra flavor boost.

Pretty good shake! Alone, it tastes like a dietary drink, but a little honey and/or peanut butter eliminates that opinion.
