I cannot say enough about the integrity of your company. You have honored every request that I asked for. First the bag was $160.000 a week later it was $198.00. I sent an email asking if you could honor the $160.00. The next I knew there was link to order for $160.00, I was thrilled!!!!!! I thought the straps for backpack came with it. I was slightly disappointed but not really because of how you treated me upon purchasing this Weekender Bag. I then went to website to order the straps about 2 months later and to my surprise $98.00 link that was sent prior to order them was now $158.00. I then took a chance and composed an email asking for you to honor the $98.00 price. Within one hour I had link withe $98.00 link to purchase not $158.00. I cannot say enough about your customer service the detail and quality of your handbags. The leather smells luscious and I feel rich when I use my patent leather Weekender bag!!!!!
