Era is expected to last five times as long as a typical alloy ring for less than twice the cost. By bonding three parts made from optimal materials, we made a chainring with the weight of aluminum and the lifespan of steel. Era is a chainring without compromise.

I chose the Era Carbon chainring for its clever use of engineered materials. Would an Aluminum chainring have done the job? Sure! But the Era offers the weight of Aluminum with much better wear performance. This was a no-brainer for the very dusty conditions we have.
