The taste is hard to get past, and I'm not going to lie about that. After the second or third day I could take it without water or juice. It definitely works and glad that I have been using this product. After I am done with these bottles I will continue to buy more.

While I’m not thrilled with the pepper taste, I do like the digestive system effect of the Black Seed mixture. I also enjoy the benefits of mental clarity with the BitterSop multi-berry blend.
