I’d been looking for luggage made in the USA, and liked the reviews on ROAM. I was able to personalize by adding my initials. My original piece was delivered defective. That said, I contacted customer service immediately and Alexis was great in getting a replacement expedited to me for an upcoming trip just a few days off. I highly recommend the expandable front pocket carry on and will shop ROAM for future luggage purchases.

Best carry-on ever

I just received my Roam Luggage. The quality of the luggage is outstanding. The polycarbonate shell strikes the perfect balance between lightweight and durable, easily withstanding the rigors of travel without adding unnecessary weight. The zippers and handles feel sturdy, and the wheels glide effortlessly, even on uneven surfaces. It's clear Roam takes pride in crafting their products with attention to detail and high-quality materials. What truly sets Roam apart is the interior organization. The compartments are thoughtfully designed, making packing (and unpacking) seamless and efficient. I also appreciate the compression straps and extra pouches for keeping things neat and secure. I will definitely recommend this brand!!

One Nice Piece of Luggage

Wow, it was pricier than I usually go with luggage, but this piece is amazing. It's beautiful on the exterior, and the little quality touches on the inside make it special for me. It's got some cool little pockets and mesh enclosures for glasses and phone, and an intelligently designed compartment. A spinner, which is my thing. And it's got a very cool locking/zipper system. Love it, and am planning to put many happy miles on it! Mr. H
