The pictures on this one got my hopes up and mislead me a bit. I saw the description said it was ceramic but the teal variety seemed to be half clay half ceramic so I ordered that one hoping it'd get a cool effect with the tea. It is infact fully ceramic as well and the cracks appear to be painted on rather than a real glaze crackle so they won't be filling in with tea or anything either. Still super cute but a bit disappointing thanks to noone but myself really lol hopefully this review helps someone else as well because to me the pictures make it look more matte than it is irl.
