Quality isnt like before. Very disappointed.

Didn’t match my hair and the company does not have many options for ashy brown haired people. Color matching is awful. Hair is way too shiny and unrealistic looking. Nobody’s hair is that shiny.

The fact is that you may not pick the right color, so it is NOT on them. The quality of the sample was great.
