Soft and smooth
Beautiful to write and draw with. Thin to expressive broad strokes with nothing in the way.

It’s a beautiful set and what I was hoping it would be. I got them in hopes to pick up drawing again. FYI, the packing (top/bottom) is just a cover and doesnt lock in place. The bottom slipped off with the pencils. Luckly they didnt break, just a broken tip on one of the pencils.

My only complaint is that if you accudentlaly drop one, it will break in two.
