DEEP BLUE NECKLACE

The necklace itself is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, I paid over €100 plus €12 for shipping and waited two weeks for delivery, only for the jewellery box to arrive damaged. Since it was a gift, this was very disappointing. I contacted customer service hoping for a simple solution, such as a replacement box, a partial refund, or a discount code. Instead, the only option offered was to return the entire order (including the perfectly fine necklace), wait for a refund, and place a new order. After already waiting two weeks, this was not a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the after-sales service did not match the price or the quality I expected. It’s a shame, as I really liked the brand and hoped my FIRST experience as a customer would have been much more positive. unfortunately the customer service did not live up to the quality or price of the product.
