The owner is so kind, professional and pleasant to work with. I was nervous about meal prepping from a company I wasn’t familiar with. However, if I’m honest, my experience has been truly amazing. I am allergic to beans, and when I tell you….she has not once placed a bean in one of my orders…lol and I order often. That matters to me because she pays attention to detail. I just started ordering from Health and Well-Beeing and it’s great!! It makes it so easy to have already prepared meals with flavor! I’m a very picky eater so I tend to skip around on the items I want to order but I like how there’s multiple options to choose from. You’re able to choose however many of a specific item as well. Delivery and communication throughout the process was perfect too. I didn’t have to worry whether it got to the right place or if it was delivered because they gave live updates and a pic to make sure you know where exactly they placed it. Highly recommend this for those who would like a yummy homemade meal with high protein content but have a busy schedule to meal prep.
