AM5 Stainless Steel Backplate

Juyst what I needed!

I Have the "meme" cooler from China, the Jiushark JF13K Diamond. It worked great on my Intel 1151 motherboard, but the backplate for AM5 was missing from my order. So I bought the AM5 backplate from Thermal Grizzly, since they are "a reputable brand". It would have been fine, if they had said something about it only working on motherboards that keep the components on the back of the motherboard within the inner "border" behind the CPU socket (see picture), but they didn't and my motherboard didn't either. (I told them about the problem, and they couldn't help, they didn't even put a warning on their website, like I tipped them about.) So I ordered the AM5 Stainless Steel Backplate from DingKey Designs, after checking the photos and realizing that their backplate has bigger holes for the components behind the socket. It clears everything PERFECTLY! My motherboard is the ASRock Livemixer B650

Great am5 backplate!

I bought this for an am4 cooler, this backplate made all the transistor cooling slots a tiny bit bigger, which allowed a covered transistor with the stock plate to be cooled by air now. Everything else is perfect even has poly backing! A+
