Your return policy is terrible
Buying a dress online is so tough especially for a special occasion. The style, size and color very so much and it’s ridiculous that you don’t allow returns unless it’s for the same dress. This dress looks terrible on me. I do not like it and I just threw away $400 because you won’t return it and allow me to exchange it at least for something else that’ll wear. Will not buy anything from you again unless you change your return policy.
