Happy Juicer
I'm loving my Hurom Elite Juicer! Haven't found anything out won't juice. Celery and Kale (chopped) run through fine, pulp is dry and the machine didn't get hot. I'm very happy I bought it.

Hurom does not take care of its customers
The item is okay but the chamber breaks. A new chamber is impossible to remove. Customer service doesn’t want to listen. Supervisors don’t return calls. We are left with a juicer, an expensive juicer, that we can’t use.

Hurom
I love my Hurom. This is the third Hurom I have purchased. I don’t like the way customer assistance handled me when I called to inquire about the trade in program. Since I had already purchased my Hurom, they told me I had to speak with the supervisor. I called two different days and no one called me back. I was very upset about that!
