wasn't vacuum sealed properly

The ribs itself looked promising, but it arrived without a proper vacuum seal which was disappointing. The packaging had lost its tight seal and there was air inside, making me question the freshness and handling during shipping. For the price, I expected better quality control and packaging. Hopefully this was just a one-off issue because proper vacuum sealing is important for both freshness and safety.
