StripMeister E250 Pro

Great unit. I'm very glad I stepped up and bought the powered E250. It's efficiently sized, easy to use, and the learning curve wasn't very steep. I've gotten to where I run it by "feel" now, so that's a benefit. You quickly learn to not dive the cutter too deep on stranded wires, as it gets very unpleasant dealing with zillions of little 2" conductor pieces everywhere, which also wastes a lot of material. I do wish there was some adapter or conversion for smaller than 18 ga wire. I realize yield isn't particularly worth the time fiscally speaking, but a smaller set of wheels and a tapered groove would allow cleaning of smaller wire. I don't always scrap for the money, I often scrap to keep valuable resources out of landfills. If I had a grumble, it would be that the motor dive is flagrantly Chinese. But I suppose a consideration has to be made for the price point. I try to spend my money supporting smaller companies with domestic production, so I am glad Stripmeister is in business and I'd like to help it remain successful. And open. So thanks for not just re-branding Pacific rim stuff. Would I buy one again? Absolutely. Great tool, and works very well.

This is so much better than I expected it to do. Very important thing listen to the direction on the operation. So far so good! First try i did 55pounds of copper wire. Money well spent thank you
