“Raw Red” Supplement

I just recently started drinking the “Raw Red” powder this week. It’s a bit too soon to determine how the supplement is helping me. Even though I am mixing the powder with alkaline water, I find the taste to be a little unpleasant.

I take this every day mixed with flaxseed, fiber, Chia seeds, and some other supplements. It’s cheaper than Dr. Gundry’s and has a comparable ingredient list. I do not like the new tall container with the spoon that is impossible to reach the bottom. The only reason I don’t go back to Dr. Gundry, which has a nice short jar, is that I have a long handled little spoon that I can use in this jar that I have to just keep using over and over. I know it’s a small thing but when you use something every day for years, it adds up.
