Materials and service are excellent. Shipping needs some attention regarding communication. The order showed up with no notice and we were just lucky to be home when it arrived. Not sure what would have happened otherwise?

Received exactly what I ordered. The only things that could have been better are:
A little better communication related to timeline from order placement to delivery.
The yoke I ordered was quite “clunky” but nothing that couldn’t be cleaned up with a spokeshave.
Overall - Great!
