Touch Up Pen - Wren Kitchens - Lava Grey Matt

Not a true colour match

Not quite what I was hoping for. I double-checked the cabinet range, colour and finish before ordering, but once applied the touch-up was a different shade and remained visible after drying. It doesn’t blend into the surrounding panel, so the repair still catches the eye. I tried using a very small amount and feathering the edges, thinking it might settle as it cured, but the colour difference is still noticeable, particularly in natural light. Because of that I ended up going to a local paint shop and having a custom mix made, which matched straight away. The reason this isn’t a 1-star review is that the paint itself is good quality, the pen is easy to control for small chips, and the delivery was quick. Unfortunately, the colour match just wasn’t there for my kitchen.
