Lea Crop Top

I found Sozy after giving birth to my second child, and never thought that I would feel this cute months postpartum! I love the Lea crop tops so much that I got 2 long-sleeved ones as well as this short-sleeved one. They are so soft, cute, and versatile, and are easily my favorite tops.

I had a rough experience with my order. Customer service is very hard to contact. My information was automatically put in (through facebook) and wasn’t given the option to review my order before placing it. It wasn’t until I got confirmation that I realized the wrong address was in. It does not clearly state when placing an order that changes cannot be made to orders if errors had been made. I reached out to customer service through social media apps and reached out to them via email, which is the only contact option that they provide. Social media apps tell you that they’re the social media team and that you need to contact the email for customer service. However, customer service takes 1-2 days to repond so if there are errors placed on your order it’s impossible to change. My order shipped in two hours, so I was not able to address my concern. When I did get a response, the representative was apologetic but was told, nicely, its my problem because we created a shipping label already
