Venus Flytrap "Giant"

I appreciate yiur instructions and how you packages these. I’ve just planted both this oke and thenother one and they ate both basking in the sun. Thanks so much for growing these beauties.

Have to say, I was surprised when I saw the box, Wondering how the plants could survive the trip ,,(Good Job on packing!) Plants are fine! Planted and doing good! Thanks !

Not impressed at all. The venus fly trap showed up with black leaves, the roots/moss didn't look very healthy. What upset me most was the instructions said to contact the company with 48 hours of receiving if there were any issues. I did immediately after opening and sent pictures. Got no response. Sent another email a couple days later and they responded saying the needed pictures which I replied back stating I have already sent pictures and attached them again in the email. No response, sent another email yesterday, again, no response. But I got the email asking to give my rating. I hope this company replies back to my email and honors their "Live-Arrival Guarantee"
