Southwest Employee here. Absolutely love them, not gonna lie though, they took a while for me to receive them, I didnt realize they were coming from Australia, that was my fault, but when they reached out to me to leave a review, I informed them that I was still waiting on them and they told me to give it another week and if I didnt get them then, that they would resend the order. Absolutely love them. Great quality and consumer service. Just be aware they do take a while to get them if you are from the USA. Def would buy again.
