Great stickers - very popular but hard to peel the back off

Hi I have purchased 100s of your stickers for my husband to hand out to kids, special passengers on flights. For the first time I kept one for myself and tried to peel off the backing but it doesn't easily separate from the sticker. It took me multiple attempts and worry that I was going to destroy the sticker. Just letting you know in case there is a special way to peel off the backing, or in case you didn't realize it's an issue.
