the chocolate was ok, however i did not like that most were soft centers and jellies which i dont like.and also most were milk chocolates not many dark

I ordered a box of Bayard's Chocolates for our dear friends who lost their daughter. I wrote after I placed the order, asking the company to include a note with it so that my friends would know who it was from and get our condolences. Terri responded and was very kind and helpful. It's nice to see actual people in customer service - and thoughtful caring ones at that.
