Fralinger's almond macaroons are the best manufactured cookies in the country....and we tried hundreds of them for our book "Food Finds." They are just slightly chewy, with no stinting on almond paste. Please make the even more exceptional chocolate version more available! Both flavors are superlative and we love the vintage Art Deco box. Always a welcome sight.

Don't get to Fralinger's or Atlantic City often enough these days so to have 4 dozen almond macaroons in the house now is such a guilty pleasure. Love these cookies that I wouldn't even try as a child!! They are so light, so chewy, and so tasty!!! Since it's been such an awful winter, I decided to treat myself not to just one box, but to four!!! They freeze well, and defrost quickly!!! But they won't last long!!! Makes me so happy knowing I have a stash in the house to have as an after dinner treat or just as with a cup of coffee!!! Please NEVER stop making these amazing delicacies!!! Love them!!
