Product is 10/10. Second purchase after walking into a hard wood table corner, phone in my pocket, hard enough to burst a coconut, the nano armor absorbed the whole impact and the phone screen totally undamaged.

Customer Service Quick, But still have a damaged screen protector

It was easy peasy to get a replacement screen protector. I immediately put it on and everything was great. Then a couple of days later, I discovered that the new screen protector has a star at the edge that has a crack radiating from it that goes clear across the screen. This star and crack situation had occurred with my first screen protector and the original damage occurred when I dropped my phone. However, I had not dropped my phone after putting on the replacement screen protector. Guess I'll be paying the shipping to get a replacement for the replacement.
