Very useful add on

Great product. I had it installed on my 2017 Mercedes GLC300 and it is great. Can you imagine a Mercedes where navigation was useless and this car play adapter was a great add on. Too bad Mercedes did not have touch screen and if it had that would have been superb.

I'm always skeptical of aftermarket items but, after my local Mercedes dealership wasn't able to figure out if they could "activate" CarPlay on my wife's 2018 GLC-300, I decided to give this Unavi add-on a try. I am mechanically inclined so for me, the install was simple. It's not complicated anyway, but it went off without a hitch. The only issue I ran into was the Bluetooth audio configuration initially. I had to go to integrated, off, and then on again. Other than that, it works perfectly and my wife is sooooo happy that her car has CarPlay like mine now. Very pleased with this product and the experience.
