Great product, very happy with quality and how it looks. Dispatch slower than advertised. Required some further communication. This was courteous and honest. Happy to recommend

The item is as lovely as expected and I am delighted. However the despatch/delivery experience was poor, (as I have pointed out by email and telephone call twice). I Suggest you better manage customer expectations (despatch is NOT next day) and ensure you communicate any delay. I don't expect (want) Amazon style next day delivery but the delays and lack of communication left me wondering if I'd been scammed.

Really pleased with the quality of the bench. Very sturdy, beautiful Oak top and our hall has never been so tidy.!
