Jackery Anderson Connector & Cable

Explorer 5000

Its a great way to offset some of the electric bill using solar they made it extremely easy to set up and get running.

Great Customer Service

Cable feels durable but it failed on us last trip to Carmel/Monterey. Jackery sent us a replacement fast. Thank you!

5000

I love my 5000, however once I hooked it up to the Jackery smart switch, it drains the 5000 every day. Kind of defeats the purpose of the backup battery. I’ve worked with customer service for weeks and can’t there doesn’t seem to be a fix. I still like the unit, it powers my house. But, now I leave it unplugged from the smart switch.
