I love how you can tell immediately that the roughness of the minting matches the “technology” of Rohan perfectly. That’s not to say it’s not a tough, beautifully designed and minted coin, just that - especially compared to those of Gondor and even the Dwarves - the consistency and level of detail in the design reflects the bucolic nature of the people of Rohan. Brilliantly done, and one of the many favorites in my collection.
