I was disappointed with my experience ordering these New Balance shoes due to poor communication and fulfillment issues. After placing my order, there was a significant delay before I was informed that the original item was actually out of stock. This should have been communicated much sooner, as it caused unnecessary waiting and uncertainty about whether I would even receive the shoes I ordered. When the replacement finally shipped, it arrived in the wrong colourway, which was frustrating after already dealing with delays. That said, I do want to acknowledge that customer service was helpful and polite when I reached out, and they did their best to address the situation. Unfortunately, despite their efforts, the overall experience fell short due to avoidable inventory and shipping mistakes.
