Imogen Boots - Black Leather

I bought these boots from the Miista store and was told that items purchased in-store cannot be refunded, only exchanged. Unfortunately, after wearing them just three times, the sides have already started to come apart and the stitching is coming undone. Considering the price, I am extremely disappointed with the quality. I did not expect boots at this price point to start falling apart after such minimal use. Because of this experience, I have completely lost confidence in the brand and I’m not even interested in using the exchange option, as I’m worried the same thing will happen again. I honestly can’t believe I paid this much for such poor quality.
