Disappointed

I am very disappointed at the mediocre quality of this expensive product. Two problems: first, the bolts are low quality and very easily stripped using the hex wrench. I was only barely able to tighten the bolts completely. Even then, the landing pad still wiggles a little on the outer edges (though not in the middle where the bolt is), which I find unsettling and a poor design. The roof rack seems to function ok, but I unfortunately have misgivings about absolute safety due to the above concerns.
