Adorable handy set

I mainly purchased for butter making, and about to give it a crack with making gnocchi. Quality set, and good information booklet for newbies. Great communication with delivery process, thanks heaps.

Just like ones we used in Italy

Material not the best quality.

I used the boards once with butter making. When the paddles dried they were warped and the wood start cracking. When I took them out the box, the paddles were nice and flat. I think hardwood would be a better choice to use for these paddles. Overall good service.
