Low Quality Motor

The massage gun has very little stall force so it doesn’t take very much pressure to make the massage head stop. I am a bigger guy, with quite a bit of muscle and this gun just does not work for me because I can't apply enough pressure to actually get deep into the muscle tissue.I decided I wanted to return the product and the company initially declined my request because there was nothing actually wrong with the massager. I complained again and was offered a $15 refund or I could send it back for a fee basically. With how hard it was to get to this point, I just took the low ball refund offer since I assumed that it would take weeks or months to actually get my refund and I didn’t want to wait to buy something else. Overall, very disappointed in this product and my experience with the company. I do not recommend.

Expensive for the Results

I purchased two TaoTronics to give to friends and I'm disappointed. The TaoTronics massage gun I purchased many years ago is built much better and allows the user to penetrate deep into the muscle without stopping. The new ones I just purchased allow only medium pressure. When deep pressure is applied the motor stops until the pressure is removed. There are less expensive massage guns on the market and I'd expect that weakness from them. I paid much more and expected the strength and performance of the old one I have.

I have one that came from walmart and paid $19 for it and it is stronger than this one. No matter how hard you push on the one from walmart it won't stop. The PCA004gunwill stop with only a small amount of pressure. Would not buy it again.
