My diorama arrived with one of the LED lights contact disconnected. At the time, the diorama was out of stock when I reached out. I was offered the small discount or full return (at my expense) or they would reach out to the company for a replacement roof but could take 2-3 months. All I needed was the roof, the rest of the diorama was perfect. I chose the replacement. I was pleasantly surprised when I was notified a week later that the replacement roof was available and being shipped to me. The communication was on point and the issue was resolved. I was disappointed initially as the lighting makes the diorama. At the end, very happy with my purchase and with the company.

Arrived broken, no real resolution.

This arrived broken (the wire solder was bad so the wire was detached). I asked if they could send me a new panel with a good wire and the response was to either give me 10% back ($3!?) or return it for a refund, but I would have to pay shipping. Neither of these are good options.
